Terms of Sale
GUARANTEE: All snakes will be outwardly healthy and voluntarily feeding, unless otherwise stated. We will guarantee live shipment if it is signed for the first attempt on the expected day of delivery. If there is a problem with a shipment, we must be notified by close-of-business on the day of delivery. Contact us, not the delivery company, immediately if there is an issue. Should a problem/concern arise at any point after purchase email or call us and we will make every attempt to help you out. We are always available to answer any questions before, during and after a purchase.
SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via Fed Ex next day air service to your home or work. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The buyer will be notified, in advance, on the date of delivery and the tracking numbers will be provided. Please note that shipments are only sent on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays, unless otherwise agreed upon. We will only ship when the weather is between 35 and 85 oF.
